Frequently Asked Questions is for you in answering some questions. How are the trailers shipped? They are shipped unassembled on a pallet (see picture page) covered with cardboard by truck freight. Is there any assembly? Yes: Wheels, Axle,Tongue, Fenders and Hardware are placed inside the compartment (see pictures page) to make for compact shipping. Ordinary basic tools are all you need. How long does it take to assemble? Better plan on 4 hours. It really is easy and anyone can do it with the help of a friend and the directions. How long does it take to receive the trailer after ordering. We usually ship from the plant within one week of ordering. Typically you should receive your trailer in about 2 weeks or less. It may take longer. Can I pay for a trailer in another way than credit card? Yes! Contact us by email and ask first for an OK on your form of payment choice ie; money order, bank check, personal check. Then we will give you details on how to order and pay. Where does the license plate go. There is a bracket suppied that goes behind the left wheel to mount the plate What about a title for licensing? There is no title. We send a Manufacture Certificate of Origin along with a Bill of Sales. It is shipped with the trailer in purchasers name. You take that to the DMV for plates. Return policy I will accept returned merchandise up to 30 days after date of purchase with the buyer paying the freight to return and a $50 processing fee. All merchandise is inspected before shipping for quality and workmanship. Do not sign or accept if item appears to be damaged in shipping. Contact us before returning to disclose what the problem is. If product is canceled before shipping, the funds will be returned less a processing fee of $50. Spare Tire We offer a spare tire and wheel for those who may travel in remote areas where help isn't readily available. There is no mounting bracket for the spare tire. It must be carried in the tow vehicle, inside the trailer or somehow attached to the outside or on top. The trailer was designed to not have a spare. With the full size trailer tire that is used on full sized trailers and RV's, it is unlikely to have problems from overloading. We suggest carrying a can of fixit flat for the possiblity of picking up a nail. However it is your responsibility to make the choice of traveling the highway with or with out a spare. Note, I haven't seen many motorcycles with a spare.
